It is a total surprise that we have come to the end of the 2015 – 16 school year. The time has simply flown! I was speaking with some second graders yesterday and felt tearful to know that they will be moving out of early childhood into elementary as third graders next year. It seemed like yesterday that they were in kindergarten!
May is filled with activities for all grades not just the 8th grade that will be moving on from TECA to high school. I hope that you can participate in all or some of the activities.
We thank the teachers for their tireless dedication to teaching TECA students. We thank the teachers for caring for and loving their students. We thank the teachers for implementing a rigorous educational program for TECA students that captures their interest and imagination and advances their learning. We know that TECA teachers will always be a major positive factor in the lives of TECA students and any other students they have the opportunity to work with.
We thank the parents of the PTC for their wonderful contributions to the support and advancement of TECA students.
We thank ELAC parents for recognizing and planning a celebration for a TECA the Day of the Child.
We thank Ms. Huerta for her work as Parent Liaison and we thank the parents who regularly attend the Parent Café!
We thank the many volunteer parents who work with our students in the classroom and support the teachers.
We thank the many parents who attend and chaperone TECA students on trips.
We thank parents who have written grants, build reading rooms and contributed to TECA initiatives such as the Soccer field.
We thank all parents for their great generosity in enrolling their children at TECA and giving us an opportunity to partner with them in the education, growth and development of their precious children.
MOST OF ALL WE THANK OUR STUDENTS WITHOUT WHOM WE WOULD NOT EXPERIENCE THIS MARVELOUS JOURNEY OF WONDER AS WE WATCH TECA STUDENTS, GROW, AND LEARN, AND PLAY AND ACHIEVE!!
